Notes
This was a very unusual run. It was cooler so I thought I would be running faster than I was. About 6.5 miles my left glut and hamstring cramped up. The hamstring up the same as my earlier run this week. I had to stop. I stretched a bit and tried again but couldn't run. I stretched again and I still couldn't run so I started thinking the the 3 miles home are going to sooooo long.
After about 5 minutes of walking I tried one more time and I was surprised that I ws able run and I was going faster than before! I did have one more cramp at mile 9, but I was able to finish strong.
