Notes

My first run since Monday. Two days off helped my hamstring, but it still needs more time. I ran very slow. I don't have my Garmin right now and I can't find my regular running watch, so I just estimated my distance. I was probably running 9:30-10:00 miles. Any faster would I felt have been damaging to the leg. But I'm happy at least I was able to run a bit. It doesn't hurt walking anymore so that is a good sign. Usually I get down when I can't run, but this time I am fine with it. Now if I had to take 2-3 weeks off, I might be singing a different tune!
