9 miles, my longest run since mid-December and first 40 week since then as well. However, the bad news is I was crossing the road by the Halfords bridge, and I can can suddenly, peeped the horn which started me and I took my eyes off the road and my right foot hit the curb at a bad angle, so I suffered what I thought at the time was a minor sprain. I as able to keep running and finish the run.
The bad news is about 4 hours later, the tendon between the inside ankle bone and Achilles was swollen, bruised and Painful.It hurts to even walk slowly. I am icing it so hopefully i won't be off running too long.
