I had more improvement. Yesterday my fastest mile was 8:50. Today my warmup first mile was 8:31. I had less pain until mile 3 and that's when I decided to just do the loop and not 5 miles. I need to be cautious and stay patient. It felt so good to erun close to normal training pace. The weather has been spectacular all week!
