I knew I was running well but i was surprised when I downloaded the workout to see how fast I ran after the first mile. Hot and moderately humid, I was running relaxed and felt strong.Normally I wouldn't run quite this far and fast a day before a race, but I was just following by body and found a nice rhythm.
