I had a psychic feeling that I would have good run today. And this is after having pain last night driving back from the gig and I even had PF pain while trying to sleep which has never happened before. And in the morning I was limping badly.
However, that psychic feeling said to just do it. I had less pain in the first mile and throughout the run. The pace showed. The first mile was a full minute faster and I got down to 8:06 for the last mile.
The usual pattern would be pain tonight and most of the day tomorrow. Hopefully this will pass me. :-)
