Notes
This is the annual Frank's Valentine's Run from his house. Tough hilly trail run. It's a wonderful club event with about 50 runners and plenty of food and drink afterwards. Eleni did 5.5 mile and I did 8. I was planning on an easy run after yesterday's tempo run, but even running 9:00 pace, it was tough. The first 1.2 miles with a 500 foot climb was a killer.
Great social running event andthe bonus was the absolutely beautiful sunny weather!
