Notes
This run started promising. I felt fantastic. First mile was much quicker than normal. The hamstring felt great and I was running with no effort. However right about the 3rd mile point up on a hill the hamstring started to act up, I gradually had to slow down with the last 2 miles very slow. After the start I had I thought I might just keep going and put in a long run. That plan went up in smoke very quickly. I need to get over this so I can properly train for Boston.
