5 x 3 minute hill repeats. I switched to my old Garmin because the newer one stopped recording splits and elevation. I had forgotten that the old one has a bad battery and it died on my halfway on last hill.
Estimated pace on the last one is 7:52. Ave pace 7:58. 15 seconds per rep faster than last week, but I did have a little tailwind, while last week was a bit of headwind.
