I ordered KT Sports Tape for my Achilles. But until it arrives here I'm trying Elastoplast tape. It seemed to help a bit as I was able to run a little faster.I feel funny running up even small inclines as I have no leg drive/pushoff. I have to pump my arms hard to make it over these small hills. It's a shame that I can't run the steep hills out here.
