I great workout for all of us! Susan joined us late and she looked great. She is coming along nicely. Chasing the white Kenyan around the track will do wonders for anyone's speed. :) I ran much faster than last week. When it was time for the fast 400 on the 5th set, I did a 76 which is the fastest I've done in years. Very exciting. I did tighten up, but not enough to affect my running. Reno had a great day as well as he mentioned that his previous two track sessions, he felt like he had lost speed. Not today as he was firing on all cylinders! On the other side of the globe, Eleni also had a great session on the track. Of course she runs on a lame 'RED' track... not as cool as our 'BLUE' track. ;-)

I did find my real max heart rate on the fast 400 - 186.

I went from 5 sets last week to 6 sets today.
