My foot is feeling better so I attempted my first run in 6 days. The pain got worse at .4 mile so I walked for a few minutes and then started jogging again. I felt bit better until .8 where the pain increased again. This is where I called it a day. I am being very cautious about running again. I did too much too soon before and suffered a relapse. I don't want a repeat of that.
