I went out in the morning and the leg was very tight/sore so I just did 2.5 miles on road/trail, easy pace.
I did an evening run. I didn't get out until just before dark so I could only get in 4 miles. First mile slow, 9 minutes, but by the last 2 miles I loosened up and I was moving fine around 7:30 pace. Much better run than this morning.
