After a couple days off because I was busy getting ready for my flight back to Scotland, I was itching to put out a good run, my last in Boston. And it was a great run! 8;24 first mile... I haven't seen anything that quick for mile one in ages.
Ran negative splits even with hills, so very happy with this workout.
Last 4 miles: 7:40, 7:30, 7:29, 7:23.
