Sometimes you never know what your going to get in rinning. Last night I had a GREAT night of sleep. My energy level was strong all day, but when I ran I had nothing. The legs wouldn't go so I cut the run a bit short. Yesterday's run was excellent on only 4 hours sleep. Go figure? Tomorrow is a new day. :)
