Notes

2 mile club handicap. I warmed up fine and predicted 13:10, (6:35 pace). I wasn't close. 13:49, 6:55 pace. First mile (headwind) 7:03. 2nd mile (tailwind) 6:46. I couldn't seem to turn the legs over. I did hold back a bit, so I could have maybe gone 10 seconds faster, but I was probably still recovering from the 10K.

I thought I would run 10 seconds faster per mile than the first 2 miles at the 10K, but I was actually 10 seconds slower!

The last 2 days, my Garmin wasn't syncing to RunningAhead, so I had to manually log the runs. The history is probasbly full, so I will need to clear it.
