Notes
I am very happy with this workout. I didn't feel like I was pushing too hard. I don't really know what my marathon pace is these days, but 7:20ish seems about right. I will have a better idea once I run a half marathon.
The only downside is later in the evening the garage door slammed on my right Achilles and it is bruised with a small lump. Tender and sore. I don't know if I will be able to run tomorrow.
