Notes
Road/trail. Very cold and windy. I ran with Reno from mile 6. Miles 13-15 @ 7:27 and 7:11. My right hamstring tightened up a bit the last mile, but otherwise a very good run. I had more energy than the past two days.
The pain in the ball of my left foot has returned but not at the same intensity of before.
Boston Marathon training starts next week! :)
