I felt better than yesterday. I was a bit worried about doing strides and how my hamstring would respond to them. I started slowly and gradually built up speed. I was able to hit 5:45-5:50 pace without the leg feeling any worse so this is a good sign, as Saturday's race is going to be fast on the downhill.
