Nice cool breezy sunny day. Perfect for running. I wanted to do the fast 2 mile on the track, but I didn't know if the hamstring would be ready to go. I taped up the leg with KT tape, but after a mile or so of running I ripped it off because it wasn't sticking properly because of the hair on my legs. So I went ran back home and out on a basic Ace bandage. This was not as good as KT but it helped. I started very slow and gradually picked up the pace. I got to the track, planning a few strides and then see if I was good to go. however their was a soccer game and I couldn't get on the track. I took this as a sign that I should forget about the workout and can try again tomorrow.The extra day of rest will help the leg
