Club workout. 5 x approx. half mile with about equal recovery rest. I teamed up with Sandy as we did this in a 2 person relay.
I stuck to my plan of testing the hamstring by gradually running each one faster. The hammy hurt a bit, but it really held together. My first interval/speed workout since October! It felt great to be able to get in an interval workout.
