The humidity was killing me early in this run, but I got used to it. I felt good. Left Achilles was bothering me from 7.5 miles until the end. I was running well. If I ran any faster I felt it the foot Achilles would have rebelled. So I'm very happy to run 7:30-7;50 last 9 miles. I did feel beat up after the run.
