Ran with Eleni by the river. Yesterday near the end of my run, I took a odd step off the curb with my left leg and I tweaked my knee a bit. Today, I had knee arthritic knee pain the entire run. It wasn't too bad, but a cause for concern. I just wan to avoid a relapse like I had the past 2 years.
