My first speed session in ages. I really can't remember the last time I did any track work. 7 x 200 with 200 rest. I do know last time I was in shape I would do 200's in 40/41. Today was 45. 46. 44, 44, 44, 44, 43. And this was with a tail wind. Hamstrings a bit sore, but ok. These times will come down. I have to be patient.
