Notes

When I got up in the morning I thought there would be no way I could run. From the waist down I was a mess. I waited until the late afternoon and I was much beter. I was in Acton so I ran on the cemetery trail. It was like visiting an old friend. :) My legs felt much better running on the soft trail. I did run a bit on Liberty/Stow rd to check the actual distance of the last half mile of the 3 mile route. I have always suspected that it was short, but it was spot on with the Garmin. Actually the split was a few meters long.I was a bit sore in the gluts, hamstrings, achilles and groin, but nothing like the this morning or last night.
