I'm back in action! Left hamstring feels so much better. I actually had more problems with the right one. It was tight from 3.5 to 5.5 and then i stopped and stretched it and it released a bit. So I ma on the way back but need more improvement to race Boston at full potential. It's amazing how just 2 days ago I couldn't even run. Now today I was able to get out there and have a great run!
