Yasso 800's. The goal 6 x 800 with 400 recovery at 3:15 pace.
I hadn't done an interval workout since last year. It look me a few reps to get on pace.
Great workout and confidence builder that I can go for a 3:15 marathon in Blackpool. Glutes and hammys were fine. So much better than last year whenever I ran hard.
Splits: 3:18, 3:19, 3:11, 3:13, 3:12, 3:13, 3:14, 3:11. Ave: 3:14.
