Notes
This was a difficult day. I went to do 6 x 200,200,400 on the track but I just couldn't get going. The first set was so slow, 39,40,87. I didn't feel right so I thought to mix up the workout and do some 800's. After a couple of pathetically slow ones, I called it a day. Another reason to end it was my left hamstring/butt became very sore and painful like I had earlier in the year. I struggled to run back home. I'm sure running with Susan and Reno, they would have pulled me through the workout at least until the tightness kicked in.
