Notes
I wanted to do a track workout, 5 sets of 200,200,400. After my show in Sudbury, I drove to Wayland High School, but their track was too busy, so I went to Natick High. After one set the right hamstring was a bit sore, not too bad, but I debated about doing the workout. i decided to be cautious with having done back to back races the past two weeks, this was the smart decision. I probably would have been fine, but I didn't want to risk it. Hammy was fine on the warmdown.
