Pyramid workout. 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 5 min, 6 min, 5 min, 4 min, 3 min, 2 min , 1 min. All with half time recovery.
Hit it harder on the way back down.
I was supposed to do this yesterday, but I go to the pool and realized I forgot my swim trunks. 😆
