I am stunned in disbelief because the Meniscus pain has returned out of the blue. I haven't had any problems for 8 months or so, so this totally took me by surprise. I had pain in the knee sleeping and it kept me up. During the day I had pain walking and sometimes nothing nothing. It's like I went backwards in time with this. I am hoping this is just a flare-up and not lasting.
The run well. Pain was there, but any worse than walking. This sudden bad turn really threw me. Pain did finally to diminish in the evening. Let's see what tomorrow brings?
