Notes

Two rounds of the small and larger hills and then the hill on the way back. I ran a little harder on the downhills today than Monday as the hammy felt better. From mil 7 to 8, I did a slow gradually faster pace to test the hamstring and it was fine. Mile was 7:30.

So I am very happy with this workout. The real test will be to run something fast on the flat.
