I snapped out of my week long funk and got in a great workout. I was curious to see how close I would be in this 4 mile tempo to February's 6;43 pace before I lost a month of training.
To my surprise, I was almost exactly the same... a second faster at 6:42 per mile. The workout even felt a bot easier! However to be fair... I did have tailwind for about 70% and headwind 30%.
All in all... very happy with today's run!
Splits : 6:44, 6;46, 6;41, 6:30.
