I went to the Hyannis races with Susan and Reno. They did the relay. I did miles 3 to 13 of the Hyannis Half Marathon course at 7:07 pace. Splits: 7:08, 7:09, 7:04, 7:11, 7:06, 7:07, 6:55, 7:12, 7:03, 6:57. I felt great! No only issue was some hamstring/glutes tightness. I feel I am on track for a good Boston Marathon. If I can deal with the tightness I expect to run a great time. I waited until all the runners started and jumped behind the pack and worked through the crowd. The weather was fine. Not much wind as it can be very windy here.
