I have a long way to go to get my fitness back. I am ok for 200 and 400 speed. But sustained hard running is tough right now. I ran hard this mile, especially the last .2. Hamstring started to tighten, but i fought though it. Still 6:11 is better than the 6:18 I did last week.
One of my goals this year is to run a sub 19:00 5K. I can't even thing about it until I can crack 6:00 in the mile.
