8x400 with 400 rec with Sandy. We kept each other going. I was dealing with DOMS in left glute and he was fighting off a head cold. However, after we got going, the glute soreness was not too bad and Sandy ran well. Great workout for both of us.
Splits: 99, 99, 98, 96, 97, 97, 96, 95, 96, 92. Ave: 97. 1.5 sec per rep faster than last week.
