Notes
This was a strange run. I felt great warming up and was faster than usual warming up. I was planning on 12 x 400 with 200 rec. However, I struggled badly and bailed out after the 3rd one. I wanted to be 1:40, or a little faster, but did 1:41, 1:47, 1:43. The 1:43 felt way too hard and I knew I didn't have it.
