Nagog

Notes

I did the 4 mile loop @ 33:04 (8:16 pace) and continued with the Nagog 10 miler. 10 mile split @ 1:16:38 (7:38 pace). My legs felt heavy. This run was a struggle mentally and physically. I'll rest up for the RTB and I should be fine for the race.
