Notes
After 2 very easy days because of the hammy, I was hoping I would be ready to go for an interval workouts. After 3 miles the hamstring while somewhat better still was painful, so I played it safe and just did an easy run. It was the right move because the last 2 miles were sub 7:40 and the hammy didn't like the faster pace.
I will give the speed workout a miss this week and hopefully I will be at it next week.
