I knocked 20 seconds off my 5K time from last month. This was a hilly course. Weather was cool but humid. My left hamstring was ok, but the right one was very sore after the race.
A 20 something runner caught me at one mile. We stayed together until the last half mile where he dropped off. My splits were 6:00, 6:00, 6:09... so fairly even all the way through.
Susan and Reno won their age divisions as well in the 10K!
