I ran between gigs in Airdrie. I parked at a sports stadium where the party was being held. I wanted to do a final mile pickup, so when I got to mile 6, I started going faster which was tough as I was running uphill. Halfway through this final mile, I felt my left hamstring starting to tighten up, so I played it safe and backed off.
I only needed 2 walking break. In the last week, I feel I have finally made some knee improvement. Not only during the runs, but in general. I now have less pain at night and less 'next day' pain after running.
