I went to my gig in Topsfield early do I could run before the show. I found a wonderful pine needle trail, but since it was a bit dark from the heavy rain and clouds, I only did a mile on the trail and the rest on the road. I got totally soaked. Fortunately it wasn't too cold, so I felt warm enough.
Right Achilles was sore. It could be these new shoes as last run I felt the same. My other shoes are no problem.
