Notes
5 hill repeats. Supposed to be 9, but had to stop to take a dump. Instead, I finished with a hard mile at 6:40. Fastest mile this year, but I did have slight downhill the last .6 mile.
Splits: 1:05, 1:04, 1:04, 1:03, 1:03. Ave: 1:04.
The bad news is my left hammy/glute felt bad right at the end of the mile. It feels like hamstring tendinitis. Now i have both legs to worry about.
