Notes
I was very tired all day. I wasn't this tired even during marathon training. I took an afternoon rest and I did feel better when I went out. I went to the track and was planning on doing a session, but after the first set of 200,200,400 at 44,45,89, there really wan't any point to continue. I'll be back to the track for tomorrow and I know I'll have a better day and hit my numbers.
