I felt great today. I ran the uphills hard from miles 6 to 8. Next mile I put in a hard mile at 6;25. I was surprised that the last mile was 7;38 because I was recovering the first half of it off from the hard mile. Now I will take it easy until the Thanksgiving race which i am now running with Mike. He got us in the race with a paper registration the day after they closed online!
