This was a great workout. I have run easy since the race last Thursday, so I finally feeling strong again. Moderate rain most of the workout. It stopped raining right at the end.

10:00 tempo at 6:45 pace. It felt like it was a lot easier than the other 10 minute tempos.

I added another rep... 5 x 3 minute intervals with 3 minute rest. Pace: 6:21, 6:14, 6:14, 6:08, 6:02. Usually I am fairly consistent. Today I got progressively faster, Average: 6:12. 5 minute recovery and then 5 x 40 second strides with 40 second rest.

Stride pace: 5:52, 5:53, 5:47, 5:49, 5:35. Ave: 5:47.
