10 min tempo at 6:58 pace. I thought I would be slower than last week, (7:01), with warm temps and a bit of a headwind, but I was surprisingly faster.
The heat started wearing me down on the 4 x 3 min, so I only did two and added 8 x 40 sec strides.
2 x 3 min with 2 min rec. Split pace: 6:42, 6:45. 8 x 40 sec strides at 6:13 pace.
Good workout considering I doubted myself warming up if I could manage it.
