Park Run with les and Mike. I was hoping to get under 21:20. I made it tougher for myself by starting a few seconds behind the start and taking wide turns and running through the finish and stopping the watch a few seconds late. I estimate this all added about 10 seconds to my time. so it was more like 21:30.

I experimented by going out hard, (6:12 pace first quarter mile) and tried to hang on, but it was a slow death. Head wind was tough last half mile before going into the rock garden.
