4 x 1200 with 800 rest with Reno on the road. I felt tired and flat all day and even during the warm-up. Physically I didn't want to do this workout, but mentally I had to be strong to get through it. After I got going I ran well. having Reno to run with made a huge difference. On tough days having someone to run with is a blessing.
Splits: 4:30, 4:23, 4:20, 4:16 - Average - 4:22 (5:50)
