I knew right from the start that I was going to have a great run. I ran with a strong, but controlled effort, picking up pace a bit last 2 miles. A windy cold day. This is a great route for Boston because it has 3 hills in the 1.4 mile loop.

Splits: 6:53, 6:51, 6:51, 6;51, 6:41, 6:37. I was amazed at how consistently even I ran the first 4 miles, considering I wasn't really able to check pace because I had the Garmin on one mile splits.

I pinched a page from coaches handbook and did the workout he did from Saturday. :)
